My Thoughts
I have a passion for creating content and telling local stories that make an impact. Reporting on Herberger Institute Day was an inspiring opportunity to highlight the creative spirit that drives ASU’s Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts. This free event, presented by faculty and staff, allowed students from different majors to come together, explore the wide range of programs, and connect with one another. Dean Steven Tepper emphasized that the day was about celebrating the creativity and curiosity at the heart of the institute, which offers over 100 degree programs and includes the ASU Art Museum. The workshops were led by the institute’s faculty, students, and staff, making the event a homegrown effort aimed at building a sense of community among students.
